The school was founded in 1997 with the priority aim of spreading abroad the professional excellency in the different culinary disciplines. “Excellence” means here as a closely acquaintance with the technology in the culinary art, knowledge, use and exploitation of raw materials of superior quality, codification of preparation processes and professional skill in their execution, continuous research aimed at creating products and innovative matching.
The school is about 2000 square meters, fully assigned to teaching activities. It located right at the outskirts of Brescia, and can be reached easily both by car and by train.
