Italian
cooking courses take place in a large newly furnished and
fully equipped kitchen and can be taken from 1 week to four weeks
for professionals and real enthusiasts. The courses each have
a different theme, to include special seasonal recipes as well
as traditional Italian and especially Tuscan cookery, recipes
from the Middle Ages and modern cookery. |

Accommodation is booked from Sunday to Saturday. The double rooms are
available only for students coming together. Accommodation price

bed linen and towels.
