In fact the "Chianti Classic Gallo Nero" (black rooster) has been one of the first Italian wines to be exported. This program lasts 1 week and it is available for small groups of 5/10 persons with the follow program: Sunday: Arrival to San Giovanni and dinner in a typical restaurant Monday: orientative tour of San Giovanni, excursion to Loro Ciuffena and visit of a cellar and wine tasting. Tuesday: teorical lesson about wine' matching. Wednesday: excursion to Chianti area and visit of Radda and tasting of typical products of Tuscany. Thursday: visit to Reni's cellar and tasting of famous wine of Montepulciano.
