Vanessa – Italian in Salerno (August 2019)
I just came back from Salerno and I am delighted. Federica proposed this destination to me, and it was perfect. I am in love with the South of Italy, with its gastronomy, culture, villages, history … When I arrived at the airport in Naples, I was unable to say a word in Italian, but now after the 3-week language course I can have a conversation. In addition to learning the language, I had two cooking classes that were some of the best activities. It has been a great vacation, I will repeat it.
Denise – Shoemaking in Florence (July 2019)
I loved the shoe making course. Daniele was knowledgeable and patient with us. Two weeks was enough time to learn the process and leave with a unique pair of shoes. My only suggestion is for those who are based in Firenze, the fabulous art city, that the class be from 9am to 1pm daily so that we could have explored the city more fully. The workshop was a 40 minute bus ride from our housing which we found an interesting and enjoyable ride. The 3 hour break from 12:30-3:30 had to filled, as everything in the neighborhood was closed. The apartment was in a perfect spot 2 blocks from the Pitti Palace… we felt like natives. The once in a lifetime experience was fabulous and I would highly recommend this for anyone willing to learn and enjoy a fun filled holiday in Italia.
Eric – Bookbinding in Florence (March 2019)
My bookmaking experience with Simonetta exceeded expectations. By the end of the workshop I went away with things — both tangible as well as intangible — that will last a lifetime. Fun!
Alice – Antique Books and Paper Restoration (August 2019)
I did two courses in Florence and the whole process with Studiainitalia was very smooth. Federica was very helpful and available. Being in Simonetta’s studio was a dream come true. I had some little previous experience but her expertise got things in another perspective. Her level of Quality is remarkable and we approached subjects related to Paper crafts that I didn’t even know existed. I am Looking foward to putting everything I learned into test and I would definetly like to come back as soon as possible. She is super sweet and made me feel very welcome.
Keren – Furniture Restoration (July 2019)
I loved the experience. I loved working with the master craftsman in furniture restoration. I learned a lot. They always provided me with complete information about the course and the apartment where I was going to stay. The stay in the assigned apartment was also very pleasant.
Matias – Italian in Verona (August 2019)
I recommend StudiainItalia and especially their school in Verona, they adapt completely to your level and needs, offer accommodation with local people and all kinds of group activities to immerge you into the culture of Verona and Italy. A hug to the staff!
At Studiainitalia we are also happy to share that, throughout the years, some of our students even found their better half while they were in Italy for their learning holiday. Some even got married!
We take great pride in leaving our students with new skills, memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. If you need any help in choosing the best course in Italy for your needs and wishes, please contact us.
