Italian 50+ course in Florence<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our Italian course for adults<\/strong> in Florence<\/strong> is always available. Our school Centro Machiavelli,<\/strong> founded in 1978, is recognised by the Italian Education Ministry.<\/p>\n

It is characterized by the care and attention with which staff members treat each and every student.<\/p>\n

The school is located in an historic building in the centre of Florence, very close to Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito.<\/p>\n

This intensive course features four daily lessons plus a supplemental program of three weekly activities, including guided visits to Florence\u2019s landmark museums and churches.<\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

A tour of Florence to discover the most famous monuments in the city
\nA walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo and a visit of the San Miniato al Monte church
\nVisit to the Uffizi Gallery or the Accademia Gallery of Florence (in low season).
\nA walk of the Oltrarno district
\nA visit of the Santa Croce church
\nA visit to the Medici Chapel in San Lorenzo
\nA visit to an artisan workshop
\nA walk in the historic centre discovering secrets and legends of Florence
\nAn Italian history or culture seminar
\nAfternoon or evening with a cooking lesson and dinner together
\nExcursions to Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo or other Tuscan cities<\/p>\n

Students will also explore the city\u2019s\u00a0 history via specialized thematic itineraries.<\/p>\n

Transportation costs and admission fees are excluded.<\/p>\n

The school organizes social activities which take place in the afternoon and can be added to the Senior activities.<\/p>\n
