Est\u00e1 en pleno centro hist\u00f3rico, a muy pocos pasos de la Plaza Mayor. La escuela \u2013 fundada en 1980 y reconocida por el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Italiano \u2013 ofrece cursos de cocina para amateurs, semiprofesionales y profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puede organizar cursos para vegetarianos, cocina sin gluten y otras dietas espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>Los profesores son cocineros profesionales con pasi\u00f3n por la cocina y la ense\u00f1anza.
