I thoroughly enjoyed my week of studying Italian in Trieste. I learnt a lot in class and spoke (very basic, but understandable) Italian throughout. The small group made it a fun learning environment and the school organised trips/excursions in the afternoon so I learnt a lot about Trieste too. The host I stayed with was lovely and I had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommended!

I loved the experience, it exceeded all my expectations! I studied for a fortnight and I was very satisfied with everything: great, pleasant, friendly, patient and very competent teachers, interesting and dynamic lessons, a secretary who was always at the students’ disposal, plus additional excursions organised by the school for an even richer and more complete experience. Trieste is a very friendly and welcoming city and the school is very well located.

The city is worth seeing. It is not overcrowded with tourists. The pity is that without air conditioning in the accommodation, if you get a heat wave as I did, you can’t rest well. The school has very nice teachers and every afternoon they do an activity. The first day there was no guided tour of the city, an activity that other schools do every Monday.

The experience was unbeatable. The city was a success, it has a lot of charm apart from its location close to Venice and Slovenia, which you could visit at weekends. Both the staff in the centre and in the house where I stayed, all very attentive. Very recommendable experience, without a doubt if I can, I will repeat it again!

The course in Trieste was great. The city is amazing, with lots of atmosphere and lots of things to do and visit, and with incredible sunsets. It is not at all saturated with tourism like other Italian cities, and the school is also very good. I would especially highlight the programme of cultural activities they have. It was a wonderful experience that I will surely repeat next summer.

The ideal city! It has nothing to do with Rome or Florence, it is not so popular, hardly known by tourists, all the shops are open so there is a lot of Italian to practise. I was pleasantly surprised by the character of the people of Trieste, the school was very good, all the staff were very attentive to the student, you could ask anything about the school or about tourism, perfect because there was not a single Spaniard!
