- This internship programme in tourism (hotels or travel agencies) is targeted at tourism students from 18 to 30 years old who would like to combine their Italian course with a work stay in Florence.
- You will attend an intensive Italian course during the first 4 weeks and thereafter start your working stage (8 weeks; 32 hours per week) in an Italian Torism Company or Hotels.
- This is not a paid job.
- Our Italian courses in Florence consist of 4 Italian lessons per day.
- Courses are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Groups are very small (6-10 students).
- The teaching method is based on the communicative approach focusing on those aspects of language for achieving effective linguistic interaction.

Our school, open from 1978, is recognised by the Italian Education Ministry. The school is located in an historic building and very close to Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito.
This work & internship programme is a chance to combine your Italian knoledge with a practical experience in hotels, travel agencies or tourism companies in Italy.

- Water, gas and electricity costs are included.
- Sheets and towels are provided.
- The flats are shared with Italians, which makes it easier to practise the language.
- Accommodation is allocated approximately 20 days before your arrival in Italy.
- In some cases, it is possible to request a private bathroom (at an additional cost).
If you prefer, you can also request other types of accommodation, such as private apartments or stays with Italian families with half board, always in areas well connected to the centre of the city.
