- This work and study programme in marketing is targeted at marketing students from 18 to 30 years old who would like to combine their Italian course with a work stay in Florence.
- You will attend an intensive Italian course during the first 4 weeks and thereafter start your working stage (8 weeks; 32 hours per week) in an Italian Marketing Company.
- This is not a paid job.
- Our Italian courses in Florence consist of 4 Italian lessons per day.
- Courses are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Groups are very small (6-10 students).
- The teaching method is based on the communicative approach focusing on those aspects of language for achieving effective linguistic interaction.

Our school in Florence, founded in 1978, is recognised by the Italian Education Ministry. It is characterized by the care and attention with which staff members treat each and every course participant, taking care of their needs and trying to satisfy their expectations.
The atmosphere is cheerful and informal. The school is located in a historic building in the centre of Florence, very close to Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito, one of the most beautiful squares in the city. This square is also a meeting place for Florentines.
The school organizes 2 social activities a week. There are books and movies available from the school library that can be used by students in the afternoon.

The Italian school couldn’t have been better. Everyone there is very helpful, and they helped me when we had a mismatch for the internship. My suggestion for improvement would be to do an interview, to better understand the student’s objective, and avoid mismatches. Thank you for the experience!
