Italian cookery in Florence
Our Italian cookery courses in Florence are organized for those who are passionate about Italian cooking. If you wish to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine, we provide you with the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional Italian recipes. The course is held under the guidance of an expert chef.
During the lessons, you will be able to apply the new techniques when preparing your own dishes:
pasta fresca and sauces, antipasti, meat & fish, bread & pizza, pastry & gelato
Our Italian cooking school in Florence is located right in the centre of the city. It lies a few minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. It has large rooms and fully-equipped kitchens.
Course is held from Monday to Friday for three hours each lesson.

The cooking course is very practical, especially for young people who don’t know how to cook. In this course they teach you dishes that are easy to make and the result is spectacular. I found this course very productive because once the class was over we had the chance to taste the food that we had cooked ourselves. The chefs on the course are very nice to all the students and make the class more fun as they play jokes.
