What about our Italian language course with yoga on the beach? After a stressful year, you deserve a relaxing Italian holiday while learning Italian.

Italian and yoga courses in Alghero have a duration of 1 or 2 weeks. Courses are held all year round and consist of 20 weekly Italian lessons plus 2 weekly yoga lessons (90 minutes each). Italian lessons are delivered by qualified native-speaking teachers and based on the use of simple and effective teaching methods, with small groups of 6-8 students in a fun and stimulating atmosphere. Beginners should start on the first Monday of each month.

During the summer months, yoga lessons are taken at dawn or sunset at the beach. You can add more sessions if you wish.

Our school in Alghero offers the possibility of combining your Italian course with yoga lessons. Our Italian language course is held in the morning from Monday to Friday in small groups.

Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga lessons are available. Yoga lessons’ costs may change during the year according to availability and season

The school organizes numerous social activities and excursions, a perfect invitation to discover the Sardinian way of life!
