Rita –
I am writing in English so that this final review of my stay in Salerno and at Academia Italiana as a student is available to anybody who needs some personal info from personal experience.
I live in Argentina and wanted to learn Italian in situ. I couldn’t have chosen a better place: the city is beautiful, mountains and sea all around, lots of historical spots to visit, good food and gentle people.
But above all, a wonderful school to learn a language: well organized, punctual and dedicated staff ready to help their students coming from all countries in the world. Classes in the morning, and plenty of diverse, interesting activities specifically chosen to add information, in the afternoon.
On top, I must devote a line to all teachers, mainly to Renato, a knowledgeable, warm and friendly professor, always on the alert to respect and follow our interests and needs, who helped us all have a most valuable, most enjoyable, unforgettable experience in Salerno.
My innermost thanks to ALL!!!!!

My experience in Salerno and with your school was very rewarding.
From the staff to the trainer, everything was done to make us feel very good.
The friendliness and welcome were undoubtedly a constant feature during the days we were at school.
I would like to highlight the trainer Luca for his professionalism, good disposition and friendliness with which he welcomed us every day.
Thanks.

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end of the stay. Salerno is a very safe city but at the same time full of life, amazing restaurants and easy transportation to travel to both the Amalfi and Cilento coasts. As for the academy, both the teachers and the staff were very kind and attentive. Of particular note were Pina’s classes, an inspiring woman like few others. The classes were more than just grammar and Italian language, every day was a cultural explosion in which we discovered more about the history and the political and social situation of Italy.I would go back again in a heartbeat!

Dear Federica and Lara, a few words of thanks as a final touch to another experience that has gone very well. Salerno and the surrounding area, as you said, is very picturesque and at the same time curious, and the school and the people in charge of it are great, despite the crowds that they have, everything works and is carried out as they explain it to you. The house was also comfortable and new, although the first contact with the owner was a bit unpleasant. We never saw her again… Anyway, I’m very happy and I’ll see if I can set it up for another experience. Thank you very much for your closeness and kindness. Until another time, a hug

My time has been wonderful. I stayed here for three weeks! My teacher, the accommodation, and studiainitalia have been wonderful. The classes have been so helpful in improving my Italian, and I have learned a great deal in a short amount of time. The school offered wonderful excursions as well! I would absolutely recommend this program and school to anyone who wants to improve their Italian (or begin to learn) and travel around the beautiful cities in Italia!

The course at the school was great, I learnt a lot in a very short time, the classes were not heavy, we talked all the time and the teachers and all the staff of the school were very attentive and friendly. I also liked the flat very much because it was new and very well located. Thanks to all the team, it was a nice experience, I’m sure I’ll come back again. Best regards!

This was an unforgettable trip. Salerno is a city with a very beautiful old town, with historical and artistic monuments that I liked very much. The school works really well. The teachers are serious, very professional, motivating and extraordinarily human. Special mention for Pina and Verónica. They both seem to me to be two very brave teachers and very good people… people with values. Tiziana is also charming and a great help when I have had any problem or setback. The people in Salerno are charming, open, welcoming, warm and friendly. From the day I arrived I made a group of friends thanks to my landlady who introduced me to them. I am still in touch with some of them and it is a pleasure for me to maintain these contacts, with the hope that some of them can come on holiday to my house and get to know Cantabria. The landscapes, beaches, art, monuments, concerts, Roman and Greek settlements, both on the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento Coast, have enchanted me. Italy in general, and this beautiful region in particular, is a beauty. If I had to put a but to so much placee, it would be the cleanliness of Salerno, of the city. I love Salerno and that is why I would like to see it as clean as it is beautiful. I want you to know that I hope to return there because it has been a wonderful and endearing experience. I love Salerno and its people, I want to thank you both for your willingness and professionalism, your interest and help. This has been a wonderful holiday thanks in large part to your wonderful work. Thank you very much…from the bottom of my heart. I am sure that we will be in touch again. So instead of saying goodbye, I’ll say goodbye and see you later. With love, Esther.
