Do you like sailing? Wishing to learn a new language? Take advantage of your holidays to study Italian and practice your favorite sport in the blue seas of Sardinia!
Our Italian plus sailing courses combine 20 weekly hours of Italian lessons and 5 sailing lessons in the afternoon (from 15.30 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday), departing from Alghero’s marina.
Be sure to enroll in advance and to bring a certificate from your doctor confirming that you are in good health to participate in our sailing lessons. Beginners should start the first Monday of each month.
Italian and sailing course
Our course is organized by our school in Alghero. The school offers a combination of Italian and saling lessons during the summer months. The school has been involved in the field of language teaching for 10 years. The staff is made up of young and qualified professionals.
The school is located in a quiet and picturesque alley of the old town of Alghero. Thanks to its relaxing atmosphere, the school is the perfect place to practice your Italian. You will gain a unique insight into Sardinian culture.
The school organizes numerous social activities and excursions. These extra activities are not included in the course price and you can enroll in them once you are in Alghero.
Important: the sailing lessons’ costs may change according to availability and season. Please, ask for availability.

Your accommodation in Italy is also a perfect opportunity to meet other students, flatmates or local people, and thus practice your Italian and learn more about local culture and customs.
We offer accommodation in single room, with kitchen use, in shared flats (generally 2-3 persons). Accommodation is available from Sunday to Saturday.
• Costs of water, gas and electricity are included. Towels and sheets are provided.
• Flats are shared with Italians, generally between 2 or 3 persons.
• Accommodations are assigned only 20 days before your arrival in Italy.
• Sometimes it is possible to request a private bathroom (supplement required).
