What about our Italian language course with yoga on the beach?

After a stressful year, you deserve a relaxing Italian holiday while learning Italian.

Italian and yoga courses in Alghero have a duration of 1 or 2 weeks. Courses are held all year round and consist of 20 weekly Italian lessons plus 2 weekly yoga lessons (90 minutes each). Italian lessons are delivered by qualified native-speaking teachers and based on the use of simple and effective teaching methods, with small groups of 6-8 students in a fun and stimulating atmosphere. Beginners should start on the first Monday of each month.

During the summer months, yoga lessons are taken at dawn or sunset at the beach. You can add more sessions if you wish.

Italian and yoga course

Our school in Alghero offers the possibility of combining your Italian course with yoga lessons. Our Italian language course is held in the morning from Monday to Friday in small groups.

Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga lessons are available. Important: the yoga lessons’ costs may change according to availability and season

The school organizes numerous social activities and excursions, a perfect invitation to discover the Sardinian way of life!

Courses for absolute beginners start once a month, on the first Monday of each month. The school will be closed on the following national holidays: Epiphany (06/01), Easter Monday, Italy Liberation Day (25/04), Workers' Day (01/05), Republic Day (02/06), Ferragosto (15/08), All Saints (01/11), Immaculate Conception (8/12), Christmas holidays and New Year.

• Accommodations are assigned only 20 days before your arrival in Italy.

To be able to do yoga in front of the sea is priceless! An incredible luxury and the school in Alghero is very welcoming! I highly recommend this programme to anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday by the sea while learning some of the local language and culture.
