Our Italian Cooking Summer Course in Florence offer a professional introduction to the Italian cuisine.
The program takes place during 4 weeks in July.
Discover the Made in Italy culinary traditions while learning the most important cooking skills with professional chefs.
Seminars and lectures on Italian gastronomy and industrial food production will complete the academic path.
The course is held in English. Lessons are from Monday to Friday full day.
A pre-enrollment fee of €1000 is requested to move forward with the application process.
