Description
The Bologna school is located in a beautiful old building in the historic city centre and the famous Two Towers and just a few steps from the Main Square. It offers cooking courses for amateurs, semi-professional and professionals. It can also arrange courses for vegetarians, gluten free and other specific diets. Teachers are professional cooks with a passion for cooking and teaching. They combine the professionalism of the chef and the ability of the teacher.

Una experiencia inolvidable! Mis mejores vacaciones! Gente fantástica, una escuela genial…. Yo estuve una semana haciendo curso de italiano y hice tres clases de cocina y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Una experiencia que se debe vivir si o si, si lo estas dudando no lo dudes, hazlo!!

My husband and I had taken many cooking lessons before, but this was by far the best cookery experience. I loved the fact that the lesson was in Italian and that I could learn two things at once: some basic language skills that go beyond “pasta” and “mangiare”, and a ton of culinary secrets thanks to the expert chef-teacher. We were also very surprised by how beautiful Bologna is, and the surroundings as well. It was a lovely break and I hope to join another cookery experience again soon, perhaps in a different Italian city. Grazie, arrivederci! Sandra and Ben

Mi sono piaciuto molto partecipare del corso di italiano in questa scuola e del corso di cucina, anche se la mia aspettativa è stato quello di conoscere la cucina bolognese.
La città di Bologna è molto bella e interessante, mi encanta.
Spero un giorno di tornare e continuare ad imparare l’italiano.

En esta ocasión les escribo para desearles y Feliz Año 2015 y a la vez agradecerles por las atenciones recibidas durante mi estadÃa en Bolonia. Fue una gran experiencia y espero tener la posibilidad de repetir quizás con un curso de italiano.

La ciudad ya la conocia, pero aun asà he descubierto nuevas cosas sobre Bolonia y me gusta incluso mas ahora. El curso muy bien, los profesores del curso de cocina muy gentiles y amables, ademas en el caso de Davide me ha enviado todas las recetas y estoy encantado.
En cuanto a la escuela, tambien estoy contento, me han facilitado en todo momento el aceeso a la misma e informado sobre las actividades que ellos hacen.
Por ultimo el alojamiento, tambien bien, cerca del centro, con una habitación espaciosa y nueva, todo limpio y ademas Marco el propietario no me puso pegas y me facilito la estancia en la misma.
